What You'll Do

• Handle and resolve client requests efficiently and empathetically
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal partners
• Collaborate across departments to develop tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects

• Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or client services environment.
• Experience in administration and complaint handling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
• Interest in learning about financial products and services
• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
