Client Services Adviser

About The Role

The Client Service Adviser will support Alexander Hall in calling leads, creating great front office relationships, and studying towards your CeMAP qualification. The role includes full office training during your first 9-12 months, which will progress to becoming one of our highly-esteemed Mortgage Advisers.
Tasks & Duties:

• Achieve personal sales expectations
• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Comply with company compliance standards
• Build relationship with Foxtons front offices, sales consultants and external lead introducers
• Continue personal development in line with the AHA Trainee Adviser Programme

About You

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Able to multi-task and satisfy the completion of tasks within prescribed deadlines
•To have good organisational skills
•Able to work with minimal levels of supervision
•Have strong communication skills
•Have competent computer literacy
•Be consistent with Alexander Hall's cultural values of hard work, integrity and collaboration
•Display a positive attitude
•To be service driven
•To have strong interpersonal skills
•To have advanced phone etiquette • At least 1 years' experience in property or sales is desirable
