Client Service Director

We're delighted to be supporting a leading creative agency for entertainment brand licensing in their search for a Client Services Director. This is a key role for the agency at an exciting time, and a brilliant opportunity for someone who excels in creative enviroments.They have built a reputation for providing a powerful, expert design resource to service licensing and marketing teams within blue-chip entertainment companies worldwide.

The day to day

Reporting directly to the Board, you will act as the guardian of the agency's client portfolio. Beyond account delivery, your focus will be agency-wide growth, operational excellence, and protecting the agency's specialised expertise.

• Define and deliver the long-term vision for Client Services

• Account Directors have clear commercial roadmaps

• Senior Account Managers refine internal systems

• Account Managers deliver client work with precision

• Oversee revenue forecasts, manage commercial targets, and support major new business pitches

• Own the Client Experience strategy, optimise processes, and protect margins

• Lead succession planning, senior recruitment, and professional development of future leaders

• Act as final escalation point for complex client challenges

• Champion the agency's specialised expertise with senior clients

What's on Offer

• Holiday entitlement: 32 days including 8 bank holidays, with 4 days allocated to the Christmas/New Year closure. After 3 and 5 full years' service, an extra day of paid holiday is added.
