Join us as a Client Reporting Manager, where you will drive the change agenda for client reporting while overseeing the day-to-day production of reports. Your scope will cover all Private Banking and Wealth Management clients across our global Barclays footprint. You will manage a range of reports, including investment valuations, contract notes, tax packs, and dynamic investment data feeds. An exciting opportunity in this role is to lead the transformation of our reporting rendering software, shaping the future of client reporting.
To be successful as a Client Reporting Manager, you should have:
- An in-depth understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management, with a focus on investment products.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in driving and implementing change initiatives; any reporting systems and software experience would be especially relevant.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client reports.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Prior experience in Client Reporting.
- Professional investment qualifications, such as IMC or CFA.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

This role is based in London.
Purpose of the roleTo manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Accountabilities- Management of change projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, budget, and quality standards.
- Development and management of project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Stakeholder communication, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
- Management of project teams, resources, skills, and expertise.
- Management of project budgets.
- Creation of reports on project progress.
- Management of project risks, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication.
- Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and recommend changes. Manage resources, budgets, policies, and ensure continuous improvement.
- If managing a team, define roles, plan for future needs, counsel on performance, and contribute to pay decisions. Lead specialists to influence operations, balance goals, and ensure budgets and schedules meet requirements.

- For individual contributors, serve as a subject matter expert, guide technical direction, lead assignments, and mentor less experienced staff.
