ROLE PURPOSE
  • Record and maintain accurate client records on our back office system and ensure all client communications are recorded.
  • Prepare, process and monitor the delivery of new and existing client work, ensuring clients always receive high quality service.
  • Prepare the necessary client packs and documentation ahead of all meetings.
  • Liaise with product and investment providers and collate information accordingly.
  • Ensure the planners, and clients, are updated regularly and in a timely manner throughout the client journey.
  • Review client files upon completion of business.
  • Work to target Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements.
  • Actively promote ideas and suggestions and participate in all business improvements as part of the firm's commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to regulatory conduct rules and understand professional ethics and the firm's methods and standards of working.
Experience & qualifications

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certificate in Financial Services (Cert CII (FS - units R01 & LP2 (minimum/working towards)
  • Working towards CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS)
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
KNOWLEDGE
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software packages
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
  • Knowledge of financial products and plans

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
