The leading medical services provider for the education sector, our range of medical services are used by over 150 of the UK's leading schools & clubs, currently providing approximately 25,000 appointments for patients per year and we are growing rapidly. Role: Client Relations Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience + bonus and benefits package
Location: London
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: October 2025
About the Role
Meliora Medical is looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead the charge in delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll be at the heart of our client relationships - welcoming new clients, supporting ongoing ones, and helping them get the most out of our services. Your focus will be on building trust, solving problems, and ensuring that our clients stay happy and engaged long-term.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Be the primary point of contact for clients - managing enquiries, feedback, and requests with warmth and efficiency
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their goals and proactively supporting their journey with us
- Develop and implement strategies to boost client retention and satisfaction
Onboarding & Education
- Oversee seamless onboarding for new clients - ensuring they understand our services, key contacts, and how to get the most value from us
- Act as an advocate and guide, helping clients navigate their options and feel fully supported
- Work closely with our clinical and admin teams to make sure client needs are met smoothly and consistently
- Gather and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics - turning insights into action
- Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and set clear expectations
- Regularly collect, track and analyse client feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and outcomes
Growth & Development
- Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and collaborate with the Sales team to support revenue growth
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Experience
- At least 2 years in a client-facing role such as client relations, customer success, or account management
Experience in healthcare or education is a plus
Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and highly organised
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working under pressure
- Confident using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with an eye for spotting trends in data
- Solution-focused with a can-do attitude
