Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour



The Client Liaison Executive manages the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and enrolled delegates. Responsibilities include registration, communication, scheduling, and support throughout the delegate lifecycle. The role also involves assisting the Client Relations Manager (CRM) in achieving objectives, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting operational success.


About you


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a specialization in Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot.
  • Experience in a corporate/executive education environment and in multicultural workplaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage the entire registration process, including due diligence, CRM data entry, invoicing, and confirmation issuance.
  • Respond to registration inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with delegates to understand their needs and provide information about the registration process and courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions data and correspondence.
  • Provide pre-arrival information to delegates and their organizations.
  • Build professional relationships with delegates to meet their needs.
  • Assist with delegate arrivals, including welcoming and supporting their needs.
  • Manage deferred training cases, ensuring readiness and communication.
  • Follow up on deferred cases to reduce attrition and ensure course completion.

Programme and Course Support


  • Coordinate with operations for smooth course delivery.
  • Manage scheduling and programme tasks.
  • Support marketing content creation with the marketing team.

Administrative Support


  • Arrange transfers, accommodation, activities, and bookings as needed.
  • Ensure all admissions and client information are accurately recorded.
  • Represent the company during delegate induction and welcome sessions.
