Job Description

The role, titled Account Delivery Manager, is a junior position on the Client Success team with potential for growth into a Client Success Manager. It reports to the VP, UK, and the Director of Delivery Operations, based in London. The schedule is hybrid: 3 days in-office at 3 Waterhouse Sq., EC1N 2SW, and 2 days remote, with 2-3 days of travel per month.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the production of custom CRE events by collaborating with sponsors, researching themes, recruiting speakers, and managing speaker interactions from ideation to execution.
  2. Conduct fact finders with sponsors to determine topics and speaker pipelines.
  3. Source, invite, and confirm speakers based on sponsor outlines.
  4. Identify and secure industry-leading speakers, educate them on Bisnow's value, and support their participation.
  5. Manage multiple events and campaigns at various stages, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  6. Coordinate with sales, client success, and event teams to support sponsors and achieve shared goals.
  7. Ensure flawless delivery of client inventory and exceed expectations.
  8. Manage client and sponsor preparation for events and campaigns, including attendee lists, setup instructions, and deadlines.
  9. Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • 1-5 years in live event content production, sponsorship delivery, or related client-facing roles.
  • Experience in sales, events, account management, digital media, or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage C-level stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Collaborative, positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Curious, creative, and driven to improve and innovate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
