Our team is expanding and has a global footprint of more than 60 people. We have offices in Dublin, Waterford and New York and remote employees spread out from the west coast of North America all the way to Sydney. We work flexibly and operate as a remote friendly company so our team in the vicinity of offices can choose the home / office arrangement that works best for them.

Please note: This role is based in the Republic of Ireland, and we cannot facilitate remote working outside of Ireland for this position. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.

About the role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Client Enablement Senior Analyst to join our Client Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and solutions-focused individual with experience in the Funds and Asset Management Industry who is looking to deepen their expertise within a high-growth Fintech environment.

As a Client Enablement Senior Analyst, you will take a leading role in onboarding clients to the Fund Recs platform, designing and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions, and enabling clients to maximise automation and efficiency. You will own more complex client implementations, drive best practices across solution design, and play a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the team.

You will also act as a key point of guidance for more junior team members, supporting their development while contributing to continuous improvement across onboarding processes, standards, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, technically strong, and passionate about working with data, systems, and automation to deliver high-quality solutions and client outcomes.

About our Client Services team:

Our team operates globally with team members based out of Ireland, the US, Dubai and Australia, and supports clients right across the globe. Our clients are typically Fund Administrators, Fund ManCo's, Depositories, Transfer Agents, Auditors, Investment Managers, and anyone who works within the Investment Fund world.

Team Structure:

  • Client Enablement: Own onboarding, implementations, and solution delivery, ensuring fast, high-quality go-lives and strong adoption.
  • Client Operations: Own BAU delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all live clients.
  • Project Management: Provide governance across strategic and complex deliveries.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the onboarding of new and existing clients to the Fund Recs platform.
  • Take ownership of complex onboardings and delivering high quality outcomes.
  • Design and deliver scalable, automation-first solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure clients have everything required to perform their tasks within the Fund Recs platform and have the most automated solution possible.
  • Creation of templates to normalise and ingest Client data.
  • Creation of new recs end to end including, fund Setups, SFTP Mappings, Template mapping and Team / Client / User Setup.
  • Design and build solutions that are reliable, efficient, and aligned to best practice standards, contributing to high-quality client outcomes and timely go-lives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the team, supporting junior colleagues on solution design, troubleshooting, and best practice approaches.
  • Help prepare and deliver client training sessions (online and on-site).
  • Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to share insights and feedback.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve onboarding processes, solution standardisation, and automation across the team.
What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years' experience in financial services, fintech, or a related field, ideally with exposure to fund operations, fund accounting, or reconciliations
  • NAV experience required for this role
  • Strong understanding of the reconciliation process
  • Strong Fund Admin operational knowledge
  • Daily operations & problem-solving focus
  • Very organised with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable with a solutions focused mindset
  • Strong interest in in improving and automating processes and achieving a straight through process where possible.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver outcomes
Our interview process takes place remotely via teams and typically involves the following:
  • A 45 minute call where we'll ask you about your current and previous roles and explore some competency based questions with you.
  • A second round interview to meet our COO and to go through follow up questions.
  • We may follow up with a final stage interview, to discuss any feedback before making a final decision.
