The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Client Director / Senior Broker to join a market leading Credit Solutions team. Working within a collaborative group of 30 specialists across the Netherlands, you'll advise leading corporates on credit insurance, working capital financing, surety, and political risk - guiding them toward stronger financial stability and growth.

You'll manage your own portfolio of prestigious clients, working directly with CFOs, Treasurers, and Credit Managers across diverse industries. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering strategic credit insurance programs, managing complex negotiations, and driving new business initiatives across international markets.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver strategic advice and tailored credit insurance solutions to clients.
  • Design, implement, and renew complex global insurance programs.
  • Act as the primary advisor for clients and key insurers, driving strong partnerships.
  • Negotiate policy wordings, manage escalations, and oversee claims.
  • Lead market submissions, analysis, and renewal reports.
  • Collaborate globally, sharing best practices across a powerful international network.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the commercial success of the team.
What You Bring
  • University (WO) or Applied Sciences (HBO) degree.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in credit insurance or financial risk advisory.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Team oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial by nature.
  • Knowledge of Dutch compliance regulations (Wft) preferred.
