As a Client Director at Organic, you will be responsible for leading our largest, most high-profile client relationship, while also supporting a portfolio of smaller accounts. This role is central to fostering deep, strategic relationships and identifying long-term opportunities that drive client growth and agency value. You will be a trusted advisor, a voice of confidence, and a champion of innovation. Working closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure we're always delivering impactful work that moves the needle.

What you'll be doing
  • Own and lead the strategic direction of our largest client account, acting as their key point of contact and trusted partner.
  • Support a small portfolio of additional accounts, ensuring each has a clear growth roadmap and strategic oversight.
  • Respond to client briefs with clarity, helping to shape complex challenges into compelling digital solutions. Build enduring, senior-level relationships within the clients organisation.
  • Create strategic account plans and roadmaps that align with client business goals and demonstrate the value of our partnership.
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities for account growth and innovation - working alongside Organic's brilliant experts and the tools & tech team.
  • Lead senior client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Ensure effective budget oversight and commercial control.
  • Mentor and support the wider Client Services team, including Account Managers, with strategic guidance and best practice.
What skills you'll need
  • 6+ years of experience in client services, including experience managing large digital or marketing accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering value through insight-led, tech-first solutions.
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced agency setting.
  • Proactive, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
What you'll get in return

You'll be coming into a well-run, established but independent agency. We do great work for our clients. We believe in Digital For Good, we are a B Corp and we're keen to make this a great place for our people to develop
and grow their careers.

We work with a mix of clients, with large blue chip national and international clients being a core of the work we do. This demands high standards but also allows our people to work with the best talent in the industry.

You'll have a chance to make a real impact on the business from day one. While we provide support from a senior team of managers, we also encourage individuals to take the lead, to show initiative and to find better ways to get stuff done. It's very much a meritocracy.
