Reporting to the Global CPG Client Delivery Director, the Client Delivery Manager will lead a team of Solution Architects, Project Managers, and internal collaborators to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This role is located remotely in Europe.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leading and mentoring a diverse team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Serving as a senior consultant for customers, setting clear expectations, and providing industry expertise to solve challenges.

• Navigating client requests to balance needs and project goals.

• Collaborating with R&D, CloudOps, Support, and other departments to influence project direction.

• Partnering with the customer success team for internal coordination.

• Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales in scoping projects, setting expectations, and handing over to Deployment.

• Managing escalations, issues, and conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Driving risk assessment processes and providing guidance.

• Leading project governance, resource planning, and delivery, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

• Identifying skill gaps and supporting team development through training and growth opportunities.

The essential requirements include:

• Proven leadership with at least 5 years in business process or asset management technology solutions.

• Experience in software implementation/digital transformation, ideally in packaging, with knowledge of Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine).

• Ability to identify process gaps and develop mitigation strategies.

• Experience serving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail clients.

• Strong collaboration skills across multifunctional teams.

• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent).

• Willingness to travel occasionally within regions.
