Job Description
THE COMPANY:

Our client is a specialist FX Brokerage company, helping customers by combining its own technology, insights, experience and industry connections with the best technology and banking service infrastructures available.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Onboarding & Service Delivery:
  • Manage team to deliver efficient end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery and adherence to internal AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Escalate or own issues when needed, and ensure quick resolution.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex onboarding queries while serving as a subject matter expert on AML onboarding.
  • Signing off low & medium risk onboarding files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address dependencies and remove blockers impacting client delivery.
Team Leadership & People Management:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Delivery Analysts.
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and ensure a high-performance culture.
  • Support workload planning, prioritisation, and team efficiency.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as the point of escalation for operational issues affecting clients.
  • Partner with and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing KYC, ID verification, and screening services.
Risk, Control & Compliance:
  • Oversee risk and control tasks related to client processes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Identify gaps in controls and partner with relevant teams to mitigate risks.
Process Improvement & Data Insights:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to track team performance, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements.
  • Preparing management information (MI) and periodic reporting.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable onboarding and delivery workflows.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Proven experience in client onboarding manager role.
  • Direct management experience, ideally leading KYC, Onboarding or client delivery teams.
  • Must have experience working in the financial services industry and a solid understanding of onboarding corporate clients, including complex ownership and control structures.
  • Experience working in FinTech / high-risk sectors would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
