What You'll Do:

• Design, execute, and deliver client, brand, and strategic research projects with a focus on providing actionable recommendations at every stage of the process.
• Manage brand tracking programs to measure awareness, trust, and advocacy, presenting results and driving action.
• Define success with metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide clear recommendations based on performance trends.
• Combine data from multiple sources to identify risks and opportunities, translating findings into concise recommendations
• Build strong relationships across teams to influence decisions and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Balance priorities, anticipate risks, and ensure successful project delivery with minimal supervision.
• Brief and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality, commercially relevant outputs.
• Improve processes for research, reporting, and knowledge sharing while supporting colleagues in leveraging insights effectively.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in client insight, brand measurement or market research
• Proven expertise managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with brand tracking and campaign performance data
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Agency-side insight experience and financial services knowledge are advantageous
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and efficiency
