Client Advisor - Mandarin Speaking

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience, building meaningful relationships with customers and bringing the brand's heritage and values to life

Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will provide personalised service, share expert product knowledge and contribute to both individual and store performance. You will also support day-to-day store operations, maintain exceptional presentation standards and help create an inspiring atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and luxury retail experiences
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Provide tailored product recommendations and styling advice
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
• Support visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a positive store environment

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about luxury service and building lasting customer relationships

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in fashion, luxury products and personal development
