Client Account Director - 9 Month Secondment This is a fantastic opportunity for a well rounded, proactive professional to join the UK Insurance Client team at Aviva Investors. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client facing environment and is eager to deepen their investment knowledge while strengthening relationships with a broad range of UK insurance clients. A bit about the role: As a Client Account Director, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client retention - and enhancing the reputation of Aviva Investors through first class service delivery. You will champion a culture of client service excellence across the organisation, ensuring positive market perception and consistently high standards of support. In this role, you will manage day to day relationships with Aviva clients across various asset classes, co ordinate the resolution of client issues, and maintain strong working relationships across all areas of Aviva Investors. You will take ownership of legal documentation-including IMAs-ensuring all amendments are accurately executed, while keeping team processes, procedures and client records updated. You will act as the primary point of contact in client meetings, oversee fee billing processes, and support mandate changes for existing clients. Alongside maintaining deep product knowledge, you will ensure potential cross selling opportunities are appropriately shared with the Client Relationship Director. Skills and experience we're looking for: Relevant degree or equivalent experience as a Client Account Director or similar, working with insurance clients. Team player, good communicator and hard worker IMC or equivalent qualification Proven ability to take ownership of client relationships and achieve successful outcomes by influencing internal and external stakeholders. A strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors.In this role you'll be 'Certified' under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we'll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we'll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain 'fit and proper' and competent to carry out your role. We'll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
