Clerk of Works: Site Inspector & Quality Lead

Bimplus, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Sheffield, is looking to appoint an experienced Clerk of Works to join its expanding team. You will monitor construction quality across refurbishment, extension, conversion and new build projects, ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

You will conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, work with contractors and project teams, and produce clear inspection reports.
