Clerk of Works

Clerk of Works / Construction Supervisor job in Belper on high-end residential construction. Fixed Term Contract.

• Formal qualifications are desirable, although strong practical construction experience and proven site inspection ability will be particularly important for this Clerk of Works / Construction Supervisor role.
• ICWCI membership or working towards membership would be advantageous.
• CIOB, RICS or similar professional membership would be beneficial.
• Construction-related HNC, HND, degree or equivalent technical qualification would be desirable.
• Trade background with substantial site-based residential construction experience may also be suitable.
• CSCS card or equivalent site certification may be required.
