Clerk of Works - School Refurbishment (Peterborough)

300 North Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Clerk of Works to oversee refurbishment and lifecycle projects across three Peterborough schools during the summer holiday period. This freelance/temporary role starts 20 July 2026 for six weeks, with hours 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, at Peterborough Schools.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, ensuring CDM compliance and quality, and maintaining site records; essential qualifications are Enhanced DBS, SMSTS, First Aid
