Clerk of Works - New Homes Quality Champion

Moat is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to champion quality across our new build schemes. You will work within the Development Project Team, collaborating with developers, contractors, project managers and the New Homes Customer Care team to ensure build quality and customer satisfaction.

Role involves on-site inspection, reviewing drawings for Building Regulations compliance, and leading snagging before handover. Hybrid working between Dartford area sites and regional offices is available.
