Support Services Team Leader London (St Charles Hospital)

Salary: £16.19 per hour (£31,655 per annum)
Contract: Fixed Term 3 months
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (MondaySunday), flexible hours
Location: Wembley Centre for Health
Requirements: DBS check

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Support Services Team Leader to join our team at Wembley Centre for Health. In this role, you'll lead and support a team of Frontline FM colleagues, ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple sites.

You'll provide hands-on support to colleagues and customers. This is a varied role that combines supervision, administration, and customer interactionperfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in facilities management.

What You'll Do

Supervise and support a team of FM colleagues based at one site
Plan and allocate work, manage rotas, and ensure standards are met
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, stock orders, and audits
Liaise with customers, tenants, and contractors to resolve service issues
Manage budgets and create purchase orders

What We're Looking For

City & Guilds Level 3 in Cleaning & Support Services or equivalent experience
Previous experience managing or supervising a team
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Practical experience in cleaning, catering, & floor maintenance
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience
