Cleaning Team Leader - Office Hygiene & Training Champion

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to manage an established team at a high-end office site in Woolwich. The role involves ensuring contract compliance, delivering training, and monitoring service quality using the JobWatch system.

Hours are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, within our Soft FM team based at Trinity Walk, Woolwich. You will lead, coach and motivate staff to meet client expectations, maintain cleaning standards, and drive performance across the contract.
