About The Role

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team at OCS as a Cleaning Supervisor, as a supervisor at OCS you will be at the front line of the operation and play a key role in the management and delivery of service to our client. Working closely with the Duty Manager you'll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards.

You will need to be able to effectively and accurately deliver instructions and training to your team, so being an excellent communicator is a must as well as being able to identify improvements and successes within your team.

  • Comfortable delivering instructions
  • Good knowledgeof Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc)
  • Must have the right the work in the UK
Desirable
  • Understanding of COSH and risk assessment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience working in cleaning
  • Previous experience of working with member of the public
  • Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths
