We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Lisburn Leisure Complex, Lisburn. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 07 00

The Role

• Contract auditing - carry out quality audits as per schedule and company policy
• Client contact - meet with clients as per schedule
• Assisting with payroll when needed
• Check staff uniforms
• Assisting the operations manager with induction training - all new starts and staff moving sites must receive induction training as per the induction training list
• Ensure all staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities, including checking each area on an ad hoc basis
• Ensure all areas are fully stocked such as toilet roll dispensers, soap dispensers
• Keep own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec
• Fully flexible approach needed

• Comply with all health, safety & hygiene standards
• Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
• Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding
• Ensure all clothing, including footwear and personal hygiene is of the highest standards in accordance with company guidelines at all times
• Daily staff management

The Person

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential
• Previous work experience in customer service employment
• Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety instructions and communicating with customers on a day to day basis
