Excellent hourly pay rate The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment.Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities: Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated areas Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment Liaise with management and clients to address any issues or special requirements Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning schedules, and incidents Requirements: Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of COSHH and health & safety practices Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude Basic IT skills for reporting and schedulingSuccessful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.
