Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

The days and hours: Saturday (7.5 hours per day / 07:00 - 19:00) and Sunday (7.5 hours per day / 08:30 - 16:30)

Hourly Rate: £13.45

Location: Andover, SP10 1RL

Join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. You will oversee cleaning standards, support staff training, roster management, and provide cover as required. Flexibility is key as additional hours may be available Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and meet the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
