About The Role

Days and hours: Monday 17:15 to 20:15; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 17:30 to 20:15; Wednesday 17:30 to 20:30; Sunday 16:15 to 19:15.

Hourly rate - £13.25 (Weekday Rate) / £14.25 (Sunday Rate).

Location: Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22 5JT.

Atlas FM are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor at our client's premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do.

What you'll be doing
  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas' clients.
  • Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work to deliver the cleaning specification and understand what Atlas requires of you as a cleaning supervisor at our client's site.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain health and safety standards at all times. Atlas will ensure you're fully prepared.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You

We are looking for someone who is excited about making a difference, has a positive and friendly attitude, and is local to the area.

All you need is an attitude to thrive and cleaning experience, the ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role, a basic level of spoken English, good social skills to deliver service with a smile, and a right to work in the UK.
