Cleaning Squad Lead

I'm working with a leading global pharmaceutical company that's urgently seeking a Cleaning Squad Lead for their site in Geel, Belgium.

This is a senior, multidisciplinary role focused on cleaning validation and operations within an API manufacturing environment. You'll co-lead efforts to align practices with industry standards, drive change management, and mentor local process owners. On-site presence is required around 80% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-6+ years' experience in cleaning validation
• Background in process validation or QA with strong cleaning focus
• Leadership, project and change management skills
• Experience in API manufacturing and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• English fluency (Dutch preferred but flexible )
