Under CEO Andreas Wenzel, they offer end-to-end cleanroom management, including protective clothing rental, specialized on site cleaning, laboratory disinfection, and industry training.
Your RoleSSE is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead our team at one of our blue chip, biopharmaceutical, clients, located in the Parkmore area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the all the operational delivery as part of our Cleanrooms Service Operations of this large scale contract.
Role involves leading our on our cleanroom operations and overseeing the daily operational delivery, strict cleanliness standards, and regulatory compliance of a controlled manufacturing environment. You will lead the team, manage protocols (like gowning and hygiene), and ensure the facility meets ISO classification and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage site operations, ensuring work standards, financial targets, and operational KPIs are consistently met.
- Act as main client contact on site, maintaining strong relationships, handling issues/complaints, and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets and payroll accuracy, and support preparation and analysis of operational and KPI reports.
- Lead Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents with H&S teams.
- Manage and develop staff, including coaching, performance reviews, recruitment, training, and ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance.
- Coordinate high performing teams and ensure effective service delivery, including scheduling and operational planning.
- Demonstrate strong leadership (vision, accountability, integrity, collaboration), setting direction and driving high performance.
- Support additional business initiatives and projects (e.g., Kaizen), and adapt to flexible or unsociable working hours when required.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience at a management level in a similar industry
- Strong leadership & communication skills; fluent English.
- Hands on approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Monday to Friday 15.30 - 23.30 with flexibility required
It will be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours including weekends from time to time.
