Cleaning Operative

Contract

Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week

Pay Rate

£13.45 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Wear company uniform at all times, maintaining a clean and smart appearance to uphold ABM's reputation for professionalism and quality.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out strictly in accordance with BICSc standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Follow ABM's Health and Safety procedures, demonstrating personal responsibility for health and safety of oneself and others.
• When on site, effectively interact with the public and, where appropriate, offer assistance or add value (e.g., assisting lost children, unwell or distressed members of the public, evacuations).
• Carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and continuously seek opportunities to improve working practices.
• Support and assist colleagues proactively whenever possible.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required.
