Location: AO Arena Manchester
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Cleaning Manager. As the Cleaning Manager, you will be managing the cleaning operations within the venue, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance standards are consistently met. Your primary focus will be to lead a team of cleaning staff, manage schedules, and enforce safety protocols to create a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Ensure that the contract operates within H&S policies and procedures and in line with COSHH and risk assessments.
- Act as the first point of contact for our client and OCS management.
- Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
- Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork
- Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
- Assist with training
- Provide regular reporting on operational performance
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Experience in a similar role - BICS qualification preferred
- Strong people management skills
- Good attention to detail and high standards of work
- Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
