Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and people focused Cover Cleaning Contracts Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across the Nottingham and Derbyshire region. Based from our Huthwaite hub, you will support a portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and full compliance across all contracts.

In this hands on role, you will work closely with clients, cleaners, and site supervisors to ensure every contract is professionally managed and delivered to Atlas FM standards. You will recruit, induct, and train your teams, plan staffing levels, carry out regular site visits, and ensure all vetting and health and safety requirements are met. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, maintaining accurate site documentation, and supporting your teams to deliver great results every day.

You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop, enabling you to work efficiently across your region.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and compassionate leader who takes pride in delivering an excellent service. You will enjoy being out on sites, building rapport with clients and staff, and supporting your teams to consistently meet high standards.

You will be confident managing people, solving problems on the spot, and keeping calm in a fast paced operational environment. A flexible working style, a strong team ethic, and great communication skills are essential.

If you enjoy ownership, variety, and making a difference, you will thrive in this role.

What you'll bring
  • Experience managing people in a busy, multi site environment (cleaning, soft FM or similar desirable).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues.
  • Confidence in problem solving and making sound decisions.
  • Ability to plan staffing levels, schedule work, and maintain accurate records.
  • An organised, detail focused approach to compliance, auditing, and site documentation.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Good IT skills and ability to use electronic systems for reporting, rota management, and time/attendance.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to upholding Atlas FM values.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
