Fixed-term contract until June 2028 Role Overview
Eurest are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering and Cleaning Manager to oversee the daily operations at Exxon Chemicals in Cowdenbeath. This pivotal role forms part of a national contract and is responsible for delivering high quality catering and cleaning services while maintaining excellent client relationships.
The successful candidate will ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day to day catering and cleaning operations
- Maintain high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleaning
- Build strong client relationships and handle communication
- Control budgets, stock, ordering, and costs
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Proven experience in catering, facilities, or cleaning management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client facing abilities
- Financial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider national contract
