Location:Pikestone Court, Chorley
Contract: 14 hours per week Permanent
Rate of Pay:£13.45 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and caring Cleaner to join our team and help keep (Location) looking and feeling its best for our residents, visitors and colleagues.

From keeping communal spaces fresh and welcoming to making sure guest rooms are clean and ready to use, you'll play an important part in creating a place that residents are proud to call home.

What you'll do:

• Keep communal areas, guest rooms and other shared spaces clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Wash and prepare bed linen and towels to a high standard.
• Handle waste safely and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.
• Keep cleaning equipment clean, secure and safely stored.
• Work considerately around residents, respecting their homes, privacy and individual needs.
• Report any maintenance issues, faults or health and safety concerns to the Location Manager.

About you

You don't need to have worked in social housing before, what matters most is that you're reliable, approachable and take pride in doing a good job.
