Are you a proactive, high-standard Cleaner looking for a role where your work is truly valued? Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join our dedicated Facilities team at our Head Office in Prescot.

In this essential role, you will be a vital cog in our daily operations-keeping our modern offices, canteens, and specialist laboratories running safely and hygienically. From general cleaning and glass washing to maintaining lab PPE, your work directly supports our teams and creates a healthier, happier working environment.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Meticulous approach to work to ensure high cleaning standards across offices and laboratories.
• Fundamental understanding and practical application of COSHH regulations.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to varying demands, shifts, and occasional rotation across North-West sites to cover absence.

Required Competencies

• Proactive initiative to identify cleaning needs.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Strict commitment to safety, COSHH, and health and safety policies.

Required Work Experience

• Previous cleaning experience across diverse business environments, including offices and laboratories.

Required Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence (Desirable).

Required Languages

• English
