Cleaner - Maternity Cover (Until June 2026) - Immediate Start

Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 22:00

Adore Recruitment are seeking a Cleaner for one of our key client sites in Stanstead, Essex. This is a maternity cover position running until June 2026.

Requirements

• Security: You must bring Photo ID to present to site security on arrival.
• Appearance: Safety footwear, high-vis vest, black top, black trousers, and PPE safety shoes must be worn at all times.
• Fitness: This is a manual role within a warehouse environment, requiring a good level of physical fitness.
• Professionalism: Candidates must be well-groomed, smart, sociable, energetic, polite, and have an excellent eye for detail. You will be working in and around senior management.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a warehouse or commercial environment is preferred but not essential.

Duties include

• Cleaning warehouse areas and moving stock/pallets
• Cleaning kitchens, washrooms/toilets, open-plan offices, breakout areas, and meeting/board rooms
• Ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained across all areas

Training & Checks

• Full DBS check required
• All cleaning placements must complete online training (free of charge) before starting. Links will be provided, and certificates must be sent to the agency before work can commence.

Contract Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 22:00
• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Contract: Maternity cover until June 2026
