Location: Morden - Apollo House

Salary: £27,706 - £29,858 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered

Contract Type: permanent

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean all communal areas, including sweeping and mopping.
• External litter packing.
• Leaf clearance and bin area cleaning, rotating bins.
• Deal with residents courteously and respectfully.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused with good communication skills.
• Full valid UK driving licence (manual).
• Able to travel across the region as required.
• Must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence; may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
• Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Other Requirements

• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
• Support for responsible use of AI in the recruitment process.
