Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 07:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £16.73 per hour

We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Roll On Roll Off (RoRo) Drivers to join a well-established recycling company based in Crewe. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering regular hours and the chance to join a growing operation.

The Role

As a Class 2 RoRo Driver, you will be responsible for collecting recyclable materials from customer sites and transporting them back to the main processing facility in Crewe. Routes are well planned with a maximum of 10 drops per day, ensuring a manageable workload and a good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities of this Class 2 Driver:

• Carry out collections from recycling sites across the region.
  
  
• Safely operate Class 2 Roll On Roll Off vehicles.
  
  
• Complete vehicle checks and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
  
  
• Deliver excellent customer service at collection sites.
  
  
• Adhere to all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Health & Safety regulations.
  
  
• Ensure loads are transported safely and efficiently back to the main site in Crewe.
  
  

Requirements for this Class 2 Driver role:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
  
  
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  
  
• Previous Roll On Roll Off experience is desirable.
  
  
• A minimum of 6 months' Class 2 driving experience.
  
  
• No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences.
  
  
• Good geographical knowledge and a professional approach.
  
  
• Reliable, safety-conscious and customer focused.
