Class 2 HGV Driver

Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a Monday to Friday role with set hours and a consistent route? We are recruiting on behalf of our public sector organisation for a reliable and safety conscious Class 2 HGV Driver. This role involves delivering essential supplies to multiple sites across a set route.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks in line with health and safety regulations
• Loading and unloading goods (handballing required)
• Delivering supplies to various sites along a fixed route
• Accurately checking and handling delivery paperwork
• Maintaining a professional and courteous approach with site staff

Requirements:

• A valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• Minimum of 3 months' experience driving Class 2 vehicles
• A good understanding of road safety and vehicle compliance
• Ability to undertake physical work including manual handling
• A Standard DBS check (Manpower covers the cost of this)
