Class 1 HGV Driver

Job Summary

You will be driving a curtain sided, HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for one of the leading haulage companies within the Midlands. Pallet deliveries and collections will be required to various RDCs nationwide with between 1 to 3 drops per day. No handball.

Contract & Hours

• Duration: This an ongoing role offering full time hours.
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Hourly Rate: Drivers can expect a wage of £15.00 per hour PAYE, + 28 days holiday pro rata. Wages can also be up to £18.15 via an umbrella. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts starting at 06:00 finishing around 18:00. Average working hours per week would be 48 hours, with maximum driving hours of 90 during a two week period.
• Closing Date: 2025-10-13

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience
• A Valid Digi-Tacho card
• A Valid UK CPC Card
• A full UK Driving Licence with C+E entitlement
