Class 1 Driver - Bristol

As a Class 1 Driver based at Severn Beach for Pertemps Royal Mail, you will carry out trunking operations between national depots. This role involves driving planned routes without handballing, completing vehicle safety checks, and maintaining professional standards on every run. Working flexible hours across mornings, evenings, and weekends, you will earn between £21.44 and £24.57 per hour. Skilled, safety focused HGV Class 1 (C E) holders are needed to support consistent nationwide work through 2026. This temporary contract offers reliable assignments with a trusted brand, prioritising clean, organised driving and route precision. Valid HGV Class 1 licence and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

HGV Class 1 Driver (C E) Severn Beach Up to £24.57 p/h Temporary / Ongoing

• Transport mail between national sites
• Complete vehicle checks and uphold top tier safety
• Follow scheduled routes with precision
• Represent Royal Mail with professionalism on every run

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C E licence (held for 2 years)
• A valid and in date CPC Digital Tachograph card
• 180 days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years
• Max 6 points on your licence
• Able to pass vetting & DBS checks

• Excellent pay: £21.44-£24.57 p/h (shift dependent)
