Claims Fraud Investigator & OSINT Specialist

Intact Insurance Ireland DAC is seeking a fraud investigator to handle suspected fraud cases across the claims process, primarily desk-based and coordinating with customers, investigators, solicitors and third parties.

You will carry out OSINT investigations, develop intelligence-led insights on emerging fraud trends, and support the wider Counter Fraud strategy through early detection and disruption. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
