Claims & Customer Support Advisor (Hybrid)

Teleperformance in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service & Claims Advisor. The role starts 27 July 2026, with a 2-week training and a 40-hour week in a hybrid setup (2 days on site, 3 days at home).

You will handle inbound calls for mobile phone insurance claims, guide customers through the process, and ensure accurate data entry while navigating multiple systems.

The position requires flexibility, excellent communication, and compliance checks (DBS and credit).
