Job Description:

The Claims Analyst within Slovakian Market is accountable for the provision of service support in the life insurance financial services sector to customers of a major life insurance company operating in the EU. Provision of information, resolution of claims and queries, communication with internal and external customers.

The Customer Service Representative will be working within and promoting the Company Values at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for providing product information to branches and their customers on single or groups of live policies via call centre and via emails
  • Administration of claims related documentation control and requests to appropriate recipients
  • Registering in the appropriate systems all information related to pending cases and Resolving customer claims on a day-to-day basis in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Reconciliation of legal documents in line with agreed procedures
  • Responsibility for guiding new and existing customers through the policy process for the client.
  • Recording customer information and issues in the appropriate systems and ensuring that records are maintained and are kept up to date
  • Providing daily and weekly reports on issues when occurred
  • Monitoring, responding and reporting on customer feedback, as instructed
  • Troubleshoot system and business process problems and elevate when required
  • Cooperate with client's teams to resolve customer issues, as requested
  • To support the company's efforts to maintain certification to the ISO 9001 Standard for the team
  • Documentation checks for control / compliance and quality assurance, validation of new proposals, and post-sales requests.
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects will be assigned based on business requirements.
Essential Competencies:

The suitable candidate must have a deep-rooted passion for delivering success. The suitable candidate will have formidable experience and working knowledge of:

Mandatory requirements:
  • vMinimum 1-year previous relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area
  • vPrevious experience in reviewing and analysing documentation
  • vBe fluent in Slovakian and English, both written and spoken
  • vImmediate eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable requirements:
  • vBe customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive with an excellent attention to detail and procedures.
  • vHave excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • vExperience of working with a recognised CRM system.
  • vAn ability to prioritise own workload, work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time.
  • vA professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • vProficient in Microsoft office.
  • vA demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
