Claims Advisor - Hybrid, Flexible Hours + Growth

HomeServe is seeking Claims Advisors for our busy Claims Department at the Walsall site (WS2 7BN). The role is permanent, full-time at £28,000 per year with a 40-hour week.

You'll work 8.5-hour shifts within 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, and start on-site before moving to a hybrid model. As a Claims Advisor you'll help customers with claims and general service queries, aiming to deliver the right solution first time.
