We're committed to delivering exceptional support to injured customers through CTP (Compulsory Third Party) Personal Injury Claims - and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Newcastle or Sydney.
Your New RoleAs a CTP Claims Advisor, you'll be the trusted support for customers who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. No two days look the same, and you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their recovery journey with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
This role commences in May.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing the day to day responsibilities of a portfolio of claims, including regular customer contact.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers.
- Gathering the right information to make informed, timely decisions.
- Reviewing medical documentation and proactively approving treatment where appropriate.
- Delivering clear, supportive decisions to customers throughout the life of their claim.
- Maintaining strong compliance to meet internal and external audit requirements.

- Experience in personal insurance or the broader insurance industry is desirable - but not essential.
