Job Title: Cladding Contracts Manager
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cladding Contracts Manager to oversee commercial and residential projects across Essex and the South East. You will manage contracts from award through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cladding projects from pre-construction to handover.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.

• Resolve contractual, technical, or commercial issues.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in cladding/façade contracts or project management.

• Strong knowledge of cladding systems, regulations, and compliance.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving ability.

• CSCS Card / SMSTS (preferred).
