Civil Technician - Hertfordshire
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We are working with a well-established and growing engineering consultancy in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint a Civil Technician to support the delivery of infrastructure and drainage design across a strong and diverse project portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of industrial/logistics, retail, and data centre developments, supporting experienced engineers on technically interesting and high-profile schemes.

• Production of detailed external civils drawings for infrastructure and drainage designs
• Supporting the design of highways (S38/S278) and drainage (S104) packages
• Assisting with site layouts, levels strategies, and technical detailing
• Working collaboratively with engineers and the wider design team
• Contributing to projects from concept through to construction stage

• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
• Experience or exposure to Civil 3D (highly desirable)
• Background in external works / civils design
• Experience working on industrial, logistics, retail, or data centre projects (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
