Civil Supervisor (Finland)

We are currently recruiting a Civil Supervisor to work for one of Europe's leading contractors on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will be reporting directly into the sites CSA Lead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Civil work packages, manage site safety and QA with respective teams, and oversee daily site operations and documentation.
• Manage Project Schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to ensure client requirements are met, while supporting project cost tracking with the QSs.
• Oversee subcontractor activities, track progress, manpower levels, and conduct subcontractor meetings.
• Attend various site meetings and reviews, support project closeout tasks, and ensure proper change management (Cost & Programme).
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture and process variations, review drawings, and manage the distribution and closeout of CSA snags

Requirements

• BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
• 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience supervising civil teams.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
