Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor

Location: Enfield

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE (reviewed after 3 months and annually thereafter)

Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based (no hybrid working)

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly recommended law firm in Enfield who are looking for an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role:

You'll be joining a welcoming and dynamic team, working on a broad range of Civil Litigation matters. The firm offers a positive and forward-thinking atmosphere where career development is actively supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied Civil Litigation caseload including:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Debt recovery actions
  • Commercial disputes
  • Building disputes
  • Misrepresentation claims
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • Contested probate matters
• Deliver high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach
• Work efficiently and professionally from instruction through to resolution

What We're Looking For:

• Up to 3 years' post qualification experience in Civil Litigation
• Strong understanding of the legal issues across the above areas
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset
• Commitment to personal and team development
• High levels of professionalism and integrity

The Offer:

• Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
• Salary review after 3 months and annually thereafter
• Full time, permanent, office based role (Monday to Friday)
